Cancel or modify an order

You can cancel or change an order (size, color or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Because orders move to processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after 12 hours.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please use our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders we cancel

We may cancel an order for stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot verify. You will be notified by email and refunded in full.
